Mr. Greg Schifrin has worked as a geologist and manager for over 35 years in the mining and mineral exploration industry where he has been involved in precious, base metals, rare earth and uranium exploration and development. Mr. Schifrin has provided technical services and project management for major and junior mining companies through his consulting and service company. During his various tenures Mr. Schifrin has been an officer and director of numerous public companies where he managed corporate finance, accounting, legal and regulatory requirements, investors, personnel, exploration, geologic evaluation, project development and infrastructure, project generation and land acquisition.
Kevin Strong has a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree and has a CPA, CGA designation as well as a Canadian Investment Manager designation.
Kevin Strong is experienced in the areas of finance, accounting, human resources, business planning, business development, compliance and governance. From 2008 to 2015, Kevin was the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Administration and Corporate Secretary of Belgravia Capital International Inc. (formerly IC Potash Corp.) and rejoined Belgravia in 2016 as its CFO. From 2015 to 2017, Kevin was a Controller in the insurance industry. Prior to that, Kevin was the CFO of several other public and private companies in the resource and agricultural technology sectors. For 8 years prior to that, Kevin was the regional manager for the TSX Venture Exchange responsible for Manitoba and Saskatchewan. Since 2015, Kevin has been a consultant to multiple companies in the Cannabis sector assisting with financial reporting, financing, financial modeling, and due diligence. Kevin has served as a Director on the boards of public, private and non-profit companies and has served as the Audit Committee chairman and Governance Committee chairman of a public company. Kevin was previously a member of the Manitoba Premier’s Economic Advisory Council. In addition to that, Kevin has taught various courses for The University of Manitoba, Red River College, Assiniboine Community College, The Certified General Accountants Association of Manitoba, and The Canadian Securities Institute.
Chief Financial Officer
Amit Kumar, MSc (Geology), has more than 8 years experience working as a Geologist and Project Manager. He is a young enthusiastic and highly-organized professional with proven corporate management skills and initiative. As a project manager; he had successfully organized and supervised two drilling programs for the company in British Columbia (2009- 2011). He was responsible for project initiation, planning, execution, delivery, and close out.
